HOTEL SYSTEM
Hotel System is a hotel management application that covers the complete stay cycle, from booking to check-out. Its purpose is to serve both guests who seek digital autonomy and operational staff managing dozens of rooms simultaneously. The design differentiates both profiles with independent flows, so each user accesses only the functions they need without unnecessary friction.

CRITICAL: Two user profiles (guest + staff) with opposing flows share the same interface, causing navigation errors in 40% of tasks.
The solution proposes a dual design: a clean and modern guest interface for reservations, room service requests, and express check-out, paired with a staff interface optimized for speed through keyboard shortcuts and condensed occupancy views. The push notification system connects both profiles in real time, reducing response times to requests. Additionally, the management dashboard consolidates occupancy, satisfaction, and per-room revenue metrics in a single view.
